Same Day Delivery (SDD): To enhance your experience, we have introduced a Same Day Delivery option for orders placed before 12 PM. This service is available for a flat fee of 10 AED. Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered the following day at the earliest.

To keep you informed every step of the way, we will send you an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the driver. Local Delivery and Pickup:
At this time, we do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup options. We appreciate your understanding.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Good news! There are no additional taxes or duties for orders shipped within the UAE. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we offer free returns within the UAE. Simply return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
